Colourful, musical and a good amount of humour without being over the top. Although you can predict the end from a mile away, it still tugs the heart strings (no pun intended) a little. The music is well placed and catchy.
If you don't like this film, remember it was made primarily for children. But as parents we loved it and watching our daughter sing along with the most massive smile on her face, just about sums it up.
